How to Remove a Background in Paint

1. Open the Microsoft Paint application on your computer. Click on the "Edit" option from the top toolbar menu, and then click on the "Select" option.

2. Right-click on the background image, and then click on the "Delete" option. If the background is connected with other pictures, then everything will be deleted.

3. Click on the on the "star" or "rectangle" cut shape tool. Drag the mouse pointer all around the part background image you want to delete.

4. Click on the "Edit" option from the top toolbar menu, and then click on the "Clear Selection" option. The background will be completely removed.

5. Choose a new fill color for your background by clicking on a color from the palette at the bottom of the application.
